Well, we are already halfway through 2023 – where did those six months go?! At Triennial Properties we have had a great start to 2023 and we're thrilled to share a couple of our successes with you. As a team, we are not really into blowing our own trumpet but sometimes a bit of trumpet blowing is ok. We have worked hard to create a user-friendly website for anyone looking to buy or sell property in Portugal, and our continuous hard work has paid off.

The first success we would like to share with you is that our website has been selected as a finalist at the International Property Awards 2023-2024.

We are super proud, we spent many months working out how to give the best, user-friendly experience we could to clients and wanted to make it one of the “go-to” places for people looking to buy or sell property in Portugal.

The awards aim to recognise excellence and maintain high standards in the property industry worldwide. We will find out the results on June 27th at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, and Marina and Nicky will be there flying the Triennial flag. We're very excited and would appreciate your positive thoughts on the 27th!

Secondly, we are very honoured to have been selected as the Algarve partner to be showcased in the Rolls-Royce and Bentley 20th anniversary book - Strive for Perfection: Celebrating 20 years of Goodwood.

The beautifully designed, 400-page hardback book will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Rolls-Royce’s famous production plant at Goodwood in West Sussex and explores the marque’s commitment to sustainable luxury and eco-friendly values. To resonate with the book’s theme of sustainable luxury, a carefully curated selection of high-end brands have been approached to appear in the book which will be launched in October this year and will be distributed around the world. We are thrilled to be featured and will be showcasing some of our properties at the launch in London.
