Cookies – what are they and what do they do? Why we use them but you don't have to.
Cookies, those pesky little things we're asked about all the time but are not really sure what they do. A cookie is essentially a tracking device that we use to monitor your activity on our website, this is how we gather your preferences and viewing history and we use it to see what you have browsed on our site, where you have stayed longest and where you have moved about. Different cookies have different jobs to do, some are analytical and functional and some are necessary only from our end, but in the main, they are purely for us to ensure that our systems are fulfilling the functions they were designed for.
