2022 was the year that the property market in Portugal boomed
2022 was the year when the world, pretty much, returned to normal in terms of COVID measures and travel restrictions were eased which meant that we saw tourists return to our shores in their thousands. Summer saw the beaches full of sunbathers, spring and autumn welcomed those looking for a break from the rat race and even the cooler winter months numbers were definitely up. 2022 also saw property buyers come from all corners of the globe to buy property in Portugal and Triennial Properties helped many find their ideal home in the sun.
We matched buyers with their ideal properties in Carvoeiro, Armação de Pêra, Patroves, Algoz, Alvor, Lagos and Lagoa, ranging from villas to apartments. We travelled the length of the Algarve finding the right properties for our buyers, using long-established partnerships with other agencies and also building ties with new ones. Triennial trees were delivered to our new homeowners and our TLC programme was on hand to help with any needs post-purchase.
We didn’t forget about the vendors in 2022 either, we offered our best-ever commission value of 2.2% when we sold their property – and this offer is continuing into 2023 if you sign up with us before the end of this year, so if you are looking to sell your property in Portugal and want to save money on agency fees make sure you get in touch with us so we can help you: enquiries@triennialproperties.com
We are always looking forward and looking at how we can better ourselves and our service to our clients and we have an absolute corker lined up for 2023. We can’t say too much right now, but we have invested in strengthening our brand across the Algarve to give vendors, developers and buyers a professional, personable and proactive choice for buying and selling.
We hope that 2022 has been a good year and that 2023 will be even better. Stay safe, healthy and happy, all the team at Triennial.
