Our search for property in Portugal began over the internet looking at various online sites. Clare was introduced to us when viewing a property remotely and although it was not the one, she did continue to keep an eye out for us. Knowing that I was going to be visiting, Clare emailed a prospect and arranged a viewing with Marina on very short notice. It was perfect. I felt that Clare and the team listened to what we wanted and located it in a way we could never have done on our own. Clare and the team walked us through the purchasing process, maintained constant communication and attended the closing in person while we attended via conference video. That was extremely reassuring for us and I found the team so professional, friendly and truly dedicated to delivering the Algarve dream to buyers. Prior to our Algarve holiday, we contacted Marina Pasquill of Triennial Properties to have an exploratory talk about possible emigration in the long term.

Marina visited us at the agreed time at our hotel and during this exploratory meeting, we made our wishes known. Since we had little knowledge of the places in this region and we ourselves came from a lively city, we also wanted to live in a "city" again.

Marina ensured that we received a number of "links" to potential houses via email and this happened in a very short period of time.

We then made a choice from a number of apartments and Marina scheduled three viewings in one day.

The third apartment was an immediate "YES" and instead of orientation, a preliminary purchase contract followed!

Marina and Clare were simply amazing throughout the process of us buying a property. We changed our minds a few times, had different things we wanted and in the end, ended up buying the first property we viewed! :) Throughout all this Marina and Clare were constantly with us every step of the way … as promised on their website, helping with absolutely everything and demonstrating so much professionalism and kindness. Ours was a hugely difficult purchase with other agents and banks involved, yet Clare and Marina would always stay positive and give us hope all will be good in the end. And so it was - we're now extremely happy owners of a lovely property and should we ever decide to sell or buy again, we know where to go.
